摘要
发展社区教育,迈向学习化社会,已是当前国际社会教育发展的潮流,也是我国教育改革和发展的方向。社区教育是一种开放式的教育形式,它的特点是涉及范围广,覆盖各年龄段人群。文章结合社区教育特点,针对目前在社区教学中被普遍使用的传统教学模式遇到的诸多问题,并在综合考虑了社区学习者学习需求的基础上,提出了新型的社区教学模式——微—移动教学模式,并对微—移动教学模式的微课程、公众号推送、讨论群等社区教学学习模式的设计做了详细论述。经实践证明,基于微信的微—移动社区教学模式作为社区教学的辅助手段,可以减少社区学习者到校学习的次数,同时它作为一种辅助的教学手段,不仅拓展了异地师生互动与交流的途径,还可以帮助社区中学习能力较弱者迅速弥补课堂所学知识。
Developing community education and moving towards learning society have become not only the development trend of current international social education, but also the reformation and development direction of education in our country. As an opening style, community education features an extensive coverage, groups of all ages included. Combined with the characteristics of community education, this article proposes a new mode of teaching -- Micro-Mobile Teaching Mode against the various problems confronting the traditional teaching mode that is commonly used in the current community education based on the overall consideration about community learners' requirements, and meanwhile it gives detailed comments on its design of microlecture, Wechat official account push, discus- sion group and other sections. Practice shows that, as an auxiliary method to community education, the Wechat-based Micro-mobile Teaching Mode can reduce the community learners' get-to-school learning times. Furthermore, as an auxiliary teaching method, it not only expands the approaches of interaction and communication between teachers and students in different places, but also helps those with weak learning capability in the community to make up for what have learned in the classroom.
