The Construction of Open University Calls for New-style Learner's Culture

开放大学建设的不断推进给传统电大(特别是基层电大)学习者文化提出了前所未有的挑战,亟待基层电大重建学习者文化,创建适应开放大学建设要求的新型学习者文化。为了确保新型基层电大学习者文化建设的有效推进,需要全面创新学习者文化建设策略,积极探索符合成人特点、体现电大特色的学习者文化建设之路。

With the development of Open University construction, the traditional learner＇s culture, especially the grass root TV University learner＇s culture is now facing great challenge. Thus it＇s urgent for the grass root TV University to reconstruct learner＇s culture and create new-style learner＇s culture which fits in the demands of Open University construction. At the same time, in order to ef- fectively push forward the creation, the grass root TV University need to innovate the learner＇s cuhure construction strategy, explore its path wich fits in adult character and features TV University.
