Fault Analysis and Diagnosis of Three-phase Asynchronization Electric Motor and Protection

针对三相异步电动机经常出现断相、短路、过载、欠／过压等故障，分析了其产生的原因、保护特性原理，绘制了相应的保护电路，编写了PLC保护程序，分配了I／O口；将这些技术有效地应用到产生实践中，能确保电动机安全稳定运行。

Several faults often occurred in the electric motor, such as phase failure, short circuit, overload, under-voltage and over-voltage. Analyze the cause and principle of protection characteristic, and draw a circuit diagram of hardware protection. On the basis of the general diagram of PLC fault pro- tection system, mapped out a PLC wiring diagram, compiled PLC protection program, assigned I/O in- terface and designed the ladder diagram.
