电动机轴承电腐蚀故障的诊断

摘要 设备状态监测技术,是近年来钢铁行业积极推展的一项技术,通过振动数据和频谱分析,能够有效发现设备故障。日照钢铁H型钢厂利用状态监测技术,通过频谱分析,诊断出电动机轴承发生电腐蚀故障,并从电动机轴承过电流产生的原理找出解决方案,为电动机可靠性运行提供了保障。 The technology of equipment status monitoring is actively promoted in our iron and steel industry in recent years. Through vibration data and frequency spectrum analysis, equipment fault can be found effectively. By using status monitoring technology and analyzing spectrum, the bearing of electric motor is diagnosed with electroeorrosion fault at H-beam Section Mill of Rizhao Iron and Steel Corporation. And the solution is found out based on the principle of overcurrent occurrence in the bear- ing of the electric motor. It provides support and guarantee for the stable running of the electric motor.
