摘要
天车梁长期在重载、高温状况下使用,预拱度减小后对设备和安全带来严重影响。可通过上拱度检测并运用合适的矫正方法加大天车梁上拱度、增强梁刚度。梁的拱度可以通过材料力学进行校验。在温度场、引力场及力场耦合作用下的梁内部应力情况可通过有限元分析手段进行校验,校验结果更为直观。
The girder of crane is operated under heavy load and high-temperature environment in a long term. Therefore, reduced pre-camber has a severe effect on the equipment and security. In order to increase the camber of crane girder and the rigidity of reinforced beam, adopt camber detecting and suitable correcting method. The camber can be verified through material mechanics. The internal stress acted under the effect of temperature field, gravitational field and coupling can be verified by the means of finite element analysis. The verifying result is more intuitive.
