中国人视黄醇结合蛋白4水平与冠心病关系的Meta分析 被引量:7

Association between retinoi-binding protein 4 and coronary artery disease in Chinese: a Meta-analysis

摘要 目的综合评价中国人群视黄醇结合蛋白4(RBP4)水平与冠心病的关系。方法计算机检索PubMed、Webof Science、Cochrane图书馆、中国知网(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、维普期刊资源整合服务平台(VIP)和万方数据知识服务平台(WanFangDatabase),收集有关中国人群RBP4水平与冠心病关系的病例对照研究,检索时限为从各数据库建库至2015年2月。由2名研究人员独立提取资料并评价纳入文献的质量,采用RevMan5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入10篇文献。中国人群血液中RBP4水平较高者与较低者相比,可能更易患有冠心病(WMD=7.17μg/ml,95%CI:3.56.10.78μg/ml,P〈0.05)。亚组分析表明,中国人群RBP4水平可能与稳定型心绞痛(WMD=4.81μg/ml,95%CI:1.25—8.37gg/ml,P〈0.05)和急性心肌梗死(IVMD=13.96μg/ml,95%CI:6.12~21.80μg/ml,P〈0.05)的发生有关。此外,中国人群RBP4水平与冠心病的关系可能只在年龄≤65岁的人群中存在(WMD=7.26μg/ml,95%CI:2.73~11.79μg/ml,P〈0.05)。敏感性分析与发表偏倚分析表明研究结果稳定、可靠。结论中国人群RBP4水平可能与冠心病的发生有关。 Objective To evaluate the association between retinol-binding protein 4 (RBP4) and coronary artery disease (CAD) in Chinese. Methods A document retrieval was conducted by using retrieval systems, such as PubMed, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), CBM, VIP and WanFang Database, to collect the published papers of case-control studies on association between RBP4 and CAD in Chinese up to February, 2015. Data collection and quality assessment were completed by two authors respectively. All the analyses were conducted with software RevMan 5.2. Results A total of I0 qualified studies were included in our meta-analysis. The pooled analysis showed that RBP4 might be associated with CAD in Chinese [WMD=7.17(95%CI: 3.56-10.78) μg/ml, P〈0.05]. Clinical subtype specific subgroup analysis showed RBP4 might be also associated with both stable angina pectoris [WMD=4.81 (95% CI: 1.25-8.37) μg/ml, P〈0.05] and acute myocardial infarction [ WMD= 13.96 (95%CI: 6.12-21.80) μg/ml, P〈0.05]. Age specific subgroup analysis showed the significant association between RBP4 and CAD was only found in patients aged ≤65 years [WMD=7.26(95%CI:2.73-11.79)μg/ml, P〈0.05 ]. Sensitivity and publication bias analyses indicated that our results were stable and reliable. Conclusion The meta-analysis suggests that RBP4 might be associated with CAD in Chinese.
