摘要
针对传统水泥注浆材料可注性差及有机注浆材料价格昂贵、有毒等诸多问题,研发了1种新型水泥注浆材料。通过实验室对注浆料超细化和对外加剂的优选,测得在水灰比为0.7时,各组分最优掺量下浆体的结石率可达到97%以上,结石体1、3、28 d抗压强度指标分别可达20、30、60 MPa以上。经工业试验,在同等条件下加固破碎围岩巷道,该新型注浆料试验段与普通水泥段相比两帮变形量、顶板下沉量、底臌量平均分别减少了349、20、334 mm。表明了该新型水泥注浆材料具有明显的加固优势。
In view of the grouting difficulty of traditional cement materials,and organic materials are expensive,toxic and many other issues,a new type of cement grouting material is developed. Based on the optimization of micronization and additive of the grouting material,the seed setting rate of slurry can reach to 97%,and the stone body compressive strength of 1 d,3 d and 28 d can exceed 20 MPa,30 MPa,60 MPa,when the water cement ratio is 0. 7 and the components achieve the best. By the industrial experiment,under the same conditions,the average deformation,subsidence of roof average,average floor heave amounts of the new grouting material section reduced by 349 mm,20 mm,334 mm,compared to the ordinary cement material section. It shows that the new cement grouting material has obvious reinforcement advantage.
