摘要
针对伊田煤业顶板向斜构造涌水情况,通过瞬变电磁和现场观测的方法分析了巷道突水原因,并研发了一种新型速凝早强堵水材料,同时制定防治水方案,对顶板向斜构造涌水进行治理。结果表明:工作面顶板存在富水向斜构造是造成突水的主要原因,所研发的堵水材料具有速凝早强特性,凝结时间2~5 min可调,2 h抗压强度达到15 MPa,混合2 min后遇水不分散,根据矿井突水现状和材料性能制定防治水方案。
In view of the roof water inrush in syncline structure of Yitian Mine,we analyze the water inrush reason of roadway through the method of transients electromagnetic and field observation,develop a new type early strength water plugging material and formulate the solution to control the water,which was carried out on the roof syncline structure water control. Results show that there is a water enrichment syncline structure in the mining area is the main cause of water bursting,the developed water plugging material has the characteristics of quick- setting early strength,the adjustable setting time is 2 to 5 min,the compressive strength of 2 h is 15 MPa,after mix of 2 min is not scattered when it mixes with water,according to the present water inrush of mine and the prevention and control of water situation and material performance.
