摘要
基于综采工作面风流场和颗粒场特点,采用颗粒离散相模型,利用FLUENT软件对高庄煤矿3119综采工作面在不同风速下的粉尘分布进行数值模拟。提出了"综采面高浓度粉尘连续带"的概念,并研究了它在不同风速下的扩散规律,在此基础上确定了综采工作面影响粉尘分布的最优风速。
In view of the characteristics of wind flow field and particles flow field at fully- mechanized working face,particles discrete phase model( DPM) and software FLUENT are adopted to make numerical modeling for 3119 fully- mechanized working face of Gaozhuang Coal Mine under different wind speed conditions. The concept named "the dust continuum of high concentration"is proposed for the first time,its diffusion regularity and diffusion range was studied to ascertain the most optimal wind speed of wind- dust migration at fully- mechanized working face. The obtained dust change law and optimal wind speed are used indispensably to guide the field production and dustproof work.
