极松散煤层顶板嵌合互补支护机理与技术 被引量:1

Embedding Complementary Support Mechanism and Technology of Roof in Extremely Loose Coal Seam

摘要 针对淮北矿业集团某煤矿7209胶带机巷工作运输面支护工程所遇问题,分析该巷围岩在极松散煤层破坏的原因和复合顶板支护的难点,提出了1种嵌合互补支护方式,即"U钢棚架+锚杆和高强度双V型钢板支架补强+锚索及钢筋网网喷"。介绍了这种支护之间的作用机理,并进行了现场试验且取得了良好效果。嵌合互补支护方案在巷道工程中的实际应用改变了巷道随开采深入而支护困难的情况,提高了工程施工效率。 According to the engineering problems of carriage surface in a coal mine roadway 7209 belt conveyor of Huaibei Mining Group,the damage causes and composite roof support difficulties of roadway surrounding rock in very loose coal seam are analyzed,a embedding complementary support way,namely " metal U steel scaffolding + anchor rod and high strength double V type plate bracket fill strong + anchor cable and the steel network spray",is proposed. The supporting mechanism among the supports is introduced and field tests are conducted with good results. The application of embedding complementary support way not only changes the conditions that roadway support is difficult with mining depth,but also improves the construction efficiency.
