19世纪英国中产阶级自愿社团的组织管理机制论析
摘要
19世纪英国自愿社团是异质化的中产阶级联合起来参与经济、政治、社会和文化活动的基本组织形式。在自愿社团中,城镇中产阶级上层精英是社团事务的主要决策者,中产阶级中下层是社团活动的主要参与者,两者之间处理和协调社团事务的方式是公开透明的民主捐助制。
