摘要
透平同步排吸泵是一种采用透平机作为抽真空装置的新型水泵。由于无底阀、能实现同步排吸等技术优势,经过多年的推广使用,现今在化工厂或其他企业循环水工段获得广泛使用,在社会生产单位中,也形成一定规模的保有量。由于该泵大部分在核心工序上运行,对故障极为敏感。本文通过对使用的透平同步排吸泵普遍存在的一种故障进行深入探讨、分析,解析出故障缘由,并提出切实可行的解决方案,提高该种水泵的可靠性。
