摘要 针对大庆石化二催化沉降器结焦严重、制约装置长周期正常运转、产品收率低的问题,对装置后反应系统和汽提段进行了分析,发现装置粗旋升气管出来的油气直接排入沉降器、在料腿上未设置预汽提设备,汽提气直接排入沉降器是造成沉降器结焦、产品收率低的主要原因。汽提段锥盘角度过大、布孔方式不当、汽提蒸汽布置方式不当和仅采用了一种汽提技术,是导致产品收率低、生焦量大的主要原因之一。根据大庆石化二催化后反应系统和汽提段的结构特点,中国石油大学(北京)开发的SVQS后反应系统和MSCS组合汽提技术是较为适宜的方案。 Aiming at the problems of severely coking in the disengager,limited running period and low product yields of the 1.4 Mt/a RFCC unit of Daqing branch, the post - riser system and the stripper of the unit were analyzed structurally. The main reasons were pointed out, such as directly discharging oil gas from the exit tube of the first stage cyclone into the disengage,no pre - stripping device being employed to remove oil gas carried by catalyst in the dipleg, and directly discharging oil gas from the stripper into the disengager. For the stripper, the factors leading to low product yields and great coking yield includes excessive angles of disk and donut, bad hole distribution, poor distribution of stripping steam, and unsuitable stripping technology employed. Based on the struetural characteristics of the reaetor system of the unit, the post -riser system technology called SVQS and stripping technology of MSCS proposed by China University of Petroleum (Beijing) were recommended.
