摘要
离心泵是石油化工业重要的流体输送设备,由于石油化工业的特殊性,离心泵的汽蚀问题成为石油化工业的常见问题,由于汽蚀问题严重影响离心泵的性能,因此,需对汽蚀问题进行研究、分析。本文重点阐述了离心泵汽蚀的危害,汽蚀的基本理论,并提出了提高离心泵抗汽蚀能力的有效措施。
The centrifugal pump was widely used fluid machinery on petrol chemical industry, because the particularity of petrol chemical industry, cavitation of centrifugal pump becomes the common problems on petrol chemical industry. cavitation had a very serious impact on the performance of the centrifugal pump, the problem of cavitation must be analysis and study. The generation mechanism and hazards of centrifugal pump cavitation were described, and the measures to improve the centrifugal pump cavitation resistance were proposed.
