摘要 本文研究了用氨-铵浸出法从贵阳市某电镀厂的电镀污泥中浸出锌的最佳工艺条件。得到在颗粒度为120目、固液(污泥质量/水的体积)比为1∶4、氨-铵体积比为1∶5、加总氨量(NH3-NH4+总体积)为12m L、浸出时间为120min、温度为30℃的最佳浸出工艺条件,此时锌的浸出率达到91.5%,为后续其他重金属进一步回收工艺奠定了良好的基础。 The zinc was separated from the electroplating sludge which from an eleetroplating factory in Gniyang by using the ammonia - ammonium sulfate leaching method and the best conditions of leaching process was selected in this paper. The optimal leaching conditions were determined: particle size 120 meshes, solid- liquid ratio( sludge quality/the volume of water) is 1:4, the total amount of ammonia( the total volume of NH3 -NH4 + ) is 12mL, the volume ratio of ammonia - ammonium sulfate is1 : 5 and the leaching time is 120 minutes under the temperature of 30 centigrade. Under these conditions,maximum leaching rate of Zn can reach 91.5% for it, which lay a better foundation for subsequent further recovery process of the other heavy metals.
