摘要
在Unipol气相流化床聚丙烯工艺现有压缩冷凝丙烯回收装置基础上,提出利用吸附法再次回收装置尾气实施方案,并通过分析新增吸附回收装置的可行性和经济性,认为使用吸附法二次回收Unipol聚丙烯工艺各工段产生的丙烯尾气可有效降低装置丙烯单耗和碳排放,吸附装置初次投资约775万元,初次投资回收期1.1年,每年可节省丙烯成本679.2万元,社会效益和经济效益均十分突出。
Based on the Unipol polypropylene process existing condensing propylene recycling device, the implementation scheme of recycle tail gas is put forward by using adsorption method, and through the analysis of the feasibility and economy,consider the use of adsorption method which recycled the Unipol polypropylene process tail gas secondary can effectively reduce the unit consumption of propylene and carbon emissions ,the adsorption deviee for an initial investment of about¥ 775 million, initial investment recovery period is 1.1 years, the annual saving cost of propylene¥ 679.2 million, the social benefit and economic benefit of use adsorption method are outstanding.
