摘要
根据焦化公司湿法脱硫后焦炉煤气中杂质的含量,以及燃气-蒸汽联合循环发电(CCPP)对焦炉煤气的要求,采用"三段串联塔式全干法煤气净化再生"工艺。通过对此工艺的三段净化原理及生产操作数据的分析,发现该工艺可以为发电工序提供稳定合格的煤气,并且在净化进口煤气硫化氢波动的情况下,也能保证出口煤气的质量。此外,三段干法煤气净化工艺中,脱苯段再生气采用净化煤气,脱萘段采用来自脱苯段的再生气,并且再生气再回到煤气管网,不进行放散外排,杜绝对大气的污染。
Based on the impurity content in coke oven gas after wet desulphurization and the demand of gas - steam combined cycle power plant(CCPP) for coke oven gas, the process of "three series tower for all dry gas purification and regeneration" is adopted. Through analyzing the three sections of purification principle and the operation data of the process, we find that the process can provide stable qualified gas for power generation process and under the fluctuation condition of hydrogen sulfide in the inlet purifying coal gas, it also can guarantee the quality of outlet coal gas. In addition, in the three sections of dry gas purification process, the regeneration gas of the debenzolization section is purified coal gas. The regeneration gas of the naphthalene removing section comes from the debenzolization section and then goes back to the coal gas pipe network, without tossing in outside for preventing polluting the atmosphere.
