摘要
磁流体润滑膜承载特性直接影响磁流体轴承的承载性能,运用数值法和解析法计算了滑动轴承的磁流体润滑膜应力分布,得到稳定状态时的偏位角,并在此基础上进一步分析了轴承相关结构参数对磁流体润滑膜承载特性的影响规律,对磁流体轴承设计具有重要意义。
The load carrying capacity of ferrofluid lubricating bearing is directly affected by load carrying characteristics of film ferrofluid. The stress distribution for ferrofluid lubricating film of the bearing is calculated by using numerical and analytical methods, and the attitude angle under steady state is obtained. On this basis, the influence rule of rele- vant structural parameters for bearing on load carrying characteristics of ferrofluid lubricating film are further analyzed, which has great significance for design of ferrofluid bearing.
