摘要
通过氯化铜法与氯化钙法处理焦磷酸盐镀铜废水的对比实验研究,探讨了药剂投加量、反应p H以及搅拌时间对废水处理效果的影响,分析对比了2种处理方法的优缺点。结果表明,在氯化铜溶液和氯化钙溶液投加量分别为1.69、1.50 m L,反应p H分别为6.0、9.0,搅拌反应30 min后,出水中Cu2+和TP质量浓度分别可以降至0.21、0.15 mg/L和0.65、0.6 mg/L,出水Cu2+和TP质量浓度达到电镀污染物排放标准(GB 21900-2008)0.5、1.0 mg/L要求,2种方法均达到很好的处理效果。
This article is about the treatment of phosphate coppering wastewater by copper chloride and calciumchloride. The influences of pharmaceutical dosage, pH and mixing time on treatment effect are studied by experiments. Based on the results of contrast experiments, the advantages and disadvantages are discussed in this article. The research results show that the treatment effect of phosphate coppering wastewater by CuCl2 and CaCl2 is satisfying, when the pH value is 6.0, 9.0, copper chloride and calcium chloride dosage is 1.69 mL, 1.50 mL and mixing time is 30 rain, the concentration of Cu^2+ and TP can reduce to 0.21 mg/L, 0.15 mg/L and 0.65 mg/L, 0.6 mg/L respectively, meeting the requirements of 0.5 mg/L and 1.0 mg/L of electroplating pollutants emission standards (GB 21900-2008).
