摘要
纳滤膜广泛应用于水处理领域,但其分离特性在膜片的长期运行过程中易受到p H的影响,导致水通量增加和盐截留率降低,因此提高纳滤膜在化学清洗过程时的稳定性是十分必要的。主要采用界面聚合的方法制备系列聚哌嗪酰胺复合纳滤膜,对其分别进行酸碱浸泡处理,再进行无机盐水溶液的分离测试,发现所制备的纳滤膜具备较好的化学稳定性。并进一步对其表面结构进行系列表征,包括流动电位、扫描电镜、X射线光电子能谱。
Nanofiltration membrane is widely used in water treatment. However, the separation characteristics of the membrane is susceptible to the variation ofpH that generally results in high water flux and low salt rejection. Therefore, improving the stability ofnanofiltration membrane in chemical cleaning process is quite necessary. Stability of composite nanofiltration membranes prepared by interfacial polymerization with polypiperazine amide as monomer was investigated. The membranes were treated by acid and alkali separately, and the salt rejection was determined. It was found that the prepared nanofiltration membrane had a good chemical stability. The streaming potential (ZETA), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) were performed for the further illustration of the membrane structure.
