摘要
通过SEM、能谱分析(EDAX)等分析方法对被污染化纤生产污水深度处理过程中MBR膜丝内外表面的无机污染物进行了分析,同时采用不同的清洗液对被污染的MBR膜丝进行了清洗工艺的优化。研究结果表明MBR膜面的主要无机污染物为Co(OH)2、Fe(OH)3、Mn(OH)2、Cu(OH)2、Al(OH)3、Si等胶体物和少量的Ca CO3,同时被污染的MBR膜丝先采用质量分数1%的柠檬酸+0.1%的H2SO4混合溶液再经质量浓度1 000 mg/L的Na Cl O+质量分数0.1%的Na OH混合溶液的清洗可以获得较好的性能恢复效果。
Pollutants on the inner and outer surface of MBR membrane were studied in the process of PTA wastewater recycling by the comprehensive analytical methods including scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer (EDAX), at the same time the fouling MBR membrane were cleaned through different cleaning agents, and the key operating parameters were also optimized. It can be concluded that inorganic fouling on the fouling ultrafiltration membrane is mainly cobalt hydroxide, ferric hydroxide, manganese hydroxide, copper hydroxide, aluminum hydroxide, colloid silicon foulants and less calcium carbonate; meanwhile performance of fouling MBR membrane can be regained well according to the consequences of two kinds of mixed solution, which one is 1% (mass weight ratio) citric acid and 0.1% (mass weight ratio) sulfuric acid, which one is 1 000 mg/L sodium hypochlorite and 0.1% (mass weight ratio) sodium hydroxide.
