摘要
通过进行实验室小试实验,研究了生物滤池对7种农药的去除效果。结果表明,生物滤池对7种农药三唑酮、扑草净、草净津、敌草隆、扑灭津、莠去津、仲丁威均表现出一定的去除率。其中三唑酮、扑草净、草净津、扑灭津、莠去津、仲丁威的去除主要是通过微生物的分解代谢和共代谢作用,而敌草隆难以生物降解。本研究表明,葡萄糖对生物降解三唑酮、扑草净、草净津、扑灭津、莠去津、仲丁威有促进作用,氨氮对农药的降解无明显影响。沿水流方向,7种农药含量基本保持沿程递减的趋势,其去除主要集中在滤层深度0-50 cm范围内。
A study was conducted on the removal of seven kinds of pesticides using a laboratory-scale biological filter. The result indicates that up to 20% removal for some of the seven kinds of pesticides could be achieved depending on conditions and the individual species. Pesticides including triadinefon ,prometryn, cyanazine ,propazine, atrazine, fenobucarb could be biodegraded in the biofilter either via direct catabolism or cometabolism, except diuron that was recalcitrant to biodegradation. Glucose showed a promoting effect on biodegradation of the pesticides. However, NH4^+-Ndid not show such a significant effect. The concentrations of the seven kinds of pesticides basically keep decreasing down along the biological filter and they were mainly removed within 0-50 cm.
