对鄂尔多斯城市发展情况进行了简要介绍,针对该市发展过程中存在的问题,从保留城市历史记忆、设施现代化、功能转型等角度出发,提出了该城市旧城区改造的新思路,并总结了城市规划工作的重点,对改善居民居住环境,完善城市各项功能有重要作用。

The paper introduces the urban development in Erdos,points out the new ideas for the reconstruction of old cities from the preservation of urban historic memory,modernized equipment,and functional transition according to some problems in the city development,and sums up the main points for the urban planning,so as to play the role of improving residents＇ living environment and promoting their functions.
