摘要
采用正交试验分析了玻化微珠与膨胀珍珠岩的比例、粉煤灰的掺量、引气剂掺量三种数值的改变对保温性能的影响,通过保温试验,得到珍珠岩占骨料的比例对保温砂浆的保温效果的影响最大,粉煤灰含量次之,最后是引气剂;骨料中膨胀珍珠岩掺量增大,保温砂浆导热系数增大,保温性能降低;粉煤灰用量增加,导热系数降低,保温性能增加。
This paper analyzed the influence of ratio of vitrified beads and ballooning red rock,dosage of fly ash,air-entraining agent dosage three numerical changes to insulation performance using orthogonal experiment,through the insulation test,gained the insulation effect influence was the largest of perlite accounted for aggregate proportion,the second was fly ash content,and at last was air-entraining agent; with the increase of expanded perlite in aggregate,the thermal conductivity coefficient of insulation mortar increased,the insulation performance decreased;with the increase of fly ash dosage,the thermal conductivity decreased,the insulation performance increased.
