摘要
对建筑工程中甲醛浓度测定不确定度的来源进行了分析,主要评估了不确定度分量,并建立了测定建筑工程中甲醛浓度不确定度的模型,运用该模型对实验室测定空气中甲醛浓度不确定度进行了实证分析,得出模型斜率及体积不确定度对总不确定度影响最大,建议通过提高分光光度计的分辨率和提高实验人员标准溶液配制准确性来降低不确定度,而减少体积不确定度则可以采用更加精确和校准的量具量取样品体积。
The paper analyzes the sources for the uncertainty of the formaldehyde concentration in architectural projects,evaluates the uncertainty in each procedure,establishes the models for the formaldehyde concentration in architectural projects,adopts the models to prove the uncertain of formaldehyde concentration in the air of labs,and concludes the model slopes and volume uncertainty have highest influence on the general uncertainty,while the uncertainty can be lowered by improving the resolution ratio of spectrophotometer and preparation accuracy for the standard solution by lab personnel and the lowered volume uncertainty can use more accurate measuring implement to select the samples' volume.
