以WFC项目为背景,分析了WFC项目成本控制存在的问题,从设计阶段、招标订立合同阶段、施工阶段、竣工结算阶段出发,论述了WFC项目成本控制措施的改进方案,有利于提高建筑工程的成本控制水平。

Taking WFC program as the background,the paper analyzes the problems in the cost control over the WFC programs,and indicates the improvement schemes for the program cost control from the design stage,contract conclusion stage,construction stage,and complete settlement stage,so as to promote the cost control of architectural projects.
