着重对不平衡报价法的定义和应用范围进行了介绍,采用工程实例,阐述了不平衡报价的可行性,并对该方法在使用中需要注意的问题进行了讨论,以充分发挥不平衡报价的优势。
The paper introduces the definition of the unbalanced offering method and its application scope,illustrates its feasibility with the engineering examples,and discusses the problems in its application,so as to exert the advantages of the unbalanced offering.
