关于对建筑劳务企业考核评价的研究

Study on examination assessment of construction labor enterprise

结合中铁七局目前对建筑劳务企业的管理现状,对管理中存在的问题进行了分析,提出了严把源头准入关、严把合同签订关、严把日常管理关、严把教育培训关等强化建筑劳务企业考核评价的措施,以期促进企业持续良性发展。

Combining with construction labor enterprise management status of China Railway 7th Bureau,the paper analyzes problems existing in the management,and puts forward measures of strengthening construction labor enterprise examination and assessment,such as controlling access system,controlling contract signing,controlling daily management and enhancing educational cultivation and so on,so as to promote healthy and sustainable development of the enterprises.
