通过论述高层住宅施工的特点,对高层住宅施工安全管理中存在的问题进行了研究,提出了完善施工安全管理结构体系、提高从业人员素质、提高安全生产理念、加强安全监督等解决安全管理问题的策略。

According to the indication of the features for the high-rise residence construction,the paper researches the problems in the safety management of the high-rise residence construction,and points out some strategies to improve the construction safety management structural system,promote quality of personnel and their safe production,and enhance the safety supervision.
