摘要
分析了泉州湾跨海大桥混凝土结构所处的腐蚀环境特点,提出了桥梁海工混凝土耐久性解决方案。研究表明,采用低渗透高抗裂海工混凝土,提出合理的混凝土保护层最小厚度、裂缝宽度允许值,同时根据不同混凝土结构采取必要的附加防腐蚀措施,加强施工过程中混凝土质量、保护层厚度以及裂缝控制等系列措施确保桥梁混凝土的耐久性。
This paper analyzed the environmental corrosion characteristics of Quanzhou Bay Bridge concrete struc-ture and proposed solutions of the durability of bridge marine concrete.Results show that using low permeability and highly crack-resistant marine concrete,presenting proper minimum thickness of concrete cover and allowable crack width and adopting necessary additional corrosion protecting measures can improve the durability of concrete effectively.Meanwhile,strengthening the regulatory measures of the quality of concrete,thickness of concrete cover and crack prevention can ensure the durability of bridge concrete.
