摘要
在高标号混凝土土中掺入高强高模纤维,劈裂抗压强度提高显著,但对混凝土的抗压强度提高甚微。在1m3 C30混凝土中加入1kg高强高模纤维,不仅可以提高混凝土的抗压强度,还可大幅提高混凝土的劈裂抗压强度。高强高模纤维作为混凝土的添加剂,不仅可以有效减少混凝土早期的收缩裂缝,还可以提高混凝土的耐磨性和抗渗性。
Adding Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene Fiber into high grade concrete,the splitting-tensile strength was greatly improved.However,the compressive strength of concrete was barely improved.Adding 1 kg of 1 m^3 C30 Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene Fiber into concrete can not only improve the compressive strength of concrete,but also greatly improve the splitting-tensile strength of concrete.Being the additive of concrete,Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene Fiber can not only effectively reduce the early contraction crack of concrete,but also improve the concrete’s abrasion resistance and permeability resistance.
