摘要 超薄玻璃会为下一代消费电子产品的外观和形式带来变革。超薄玻璃原片的制备方法主要有浮法、溢流下拉法和垂直引上法等,分别介绍了各制备方法的工艺过程、特点和发展现状。钢化是提高玻璃强度的唯一途径,分别介绍了物理钢化法、化学钢化法在钢化超薄玻璃时的特点、影响因素及应用。最后详细阐述了最新超薄玻璃-柔性玻璃的研究、应用的最新进展。 The ultra-thin glass brings changes to the appearance and form for the next generation of consumer elec-tronic products.Preparation methods of ultra-thin glass sheet mainly include float,overflow downdraw and vertical drawing method.The process,characteristics and development status of the each preparation methods are introduced. Strengthening is the only way to improve the strength of glass.This paper describes characteristics,the main influen-cing factors and application of the physical strengthening and chemical strengthening.Finally,the latest progress of re-search and application of the latest ultra-thin glass-flexible glass are discussed in detail.
