地佐辛注射液治疗癌性疼痛的系统评价

Meta-Analysis of Dezocine Injection in The Treatment of Cancer Pain

目的系统评价国内地佐辛注射液用于癌性疼痛的临床有效性和安全性。方法计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)、万方数据库,按照纳入与排除标准,制订检索策略,收集地佐辛注射液治疗癌性疼痛的随机对照试验(RCT),并采用Rev Man 5.14统计学软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入7项RCT,合计447例患者。Meta分析结果显示,试验组有效率[RR=1.00,95%CI(0.94,1.07),P=0.90]、生存质量改善率[MD=-0.60,95%CI(-1.61,0.41),P=0.24]与对照组相当,差异无统计学意义。治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组[OR=0.35,95%CI(0.22,0.58),P<0.05],差异有统计学意义。结论地佐辛注射液治疗癌性疼痛的效果与吗啡注射液相当,不良反应发生率低。但由于纳入的研究较少且样本量小,还有待高质量的、大样本的长期研究进一步验证。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Dezocine Injection in the treatment of Chinese with cancer Pain. Methods By Retrieving from CNKI,VIP and Wanfang database,according to include and exclude criterion,RCT about Dezocine injection in treat-ment of cancer Pain were collected. Meta-analysis was carried out. Results 7 RCT were included,involving 447 Patients in to-tal. Meta-analysis indicated that there was no statistical significance in effective rate [ RR=1. 00,95% CI （ 0. 94,1. 07 ） ,P=0. 90 ] ,the imProvement rate of quality of life [ MD= -0. 60,95%CI （ -1. 61,0. 41 ） ,P=0. 24 ] between the exPerimental grouP and control grouP. The adverse reaction in the treatment grouP was significantly lower than in the control grouP[ OR=0. 35,95% CI（0. 22,0. 58）,P〈0. 05]. Conclusion Dezocine injection is effective as MorPhine injection in the treatment of cancer Pain with less adverse reaction,but it also need high-quality large-scale long-term studies for further validation.
