114例中成药不良反应报告分析

Analysis of 114 Cases Adverse Drug Reactions Induced by Proprietary Chinese Medicines

目的分析医院中成药不良反应(ADR)的特点和规律,促进临床合理用药。方法依据《药品不良反应报告和监测管理办法》,对医院2014年上报的114例中成药不良反应报表进行分析。结果 114例中成药不良反应报告中,涉及43种中成药;注射剂是导致中成药ADR的主要剂型,共84例(占73.68%);中成药不良反应的临床表现以皮肤及其附件损害为主,其次是消化系统损害。结论药品监督管理和卫生系统应采取更有效的控制措施,加强对合理用药的监控,以避免和减少中成药不良反应的发生。

Objective To analyse the characteristics and Patterns of ADR induced by ProPrietary Chinese Medicines of the hosPital,in order to Promote the rational use of ProPrietary Chinese Medicines. Methods 114 cases of ADR induced by ProPrietary Chinese Medicines in the hosPital were analysed according to the“ADR rePorting and monitoring management”. Results The 114 ADR cases induced by Pro-Prietary Chinese Medicines involved 43 varieties;injections were the main cause of ADR with 84 ADR cases （ 73. 68%） ,taking the lead on the list;the most common symPtoms of ADR induced by ProPrietary Chinese Medicines were the lesion of skin and the aPPendants,fol-lowed by the lesion of digestive system. Conclusion The drug administration and hygiene system shall take more effective control measures for strengthening the monitoring over rational use of drugs,in order to avoid and reduce the ADRs.
