国产拉坦前列腺素治疗老年难治性青光眼86例

Domestic Latanoprost for Treating Elder patients with Refractory Glaucoma in 86 Cases

目的探讨国产拉坦前列腺素治疗老年难治性青光眼的疗效及安全性。方法 86例老年难治性青光眼患者接受国产拉坦前列腺素滴眼液治疗。结果治疗1周后眼内压峰值及压差较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01),且随着治疗时间的延长呈下降趋势。患眼视力治疗后1,2,4周均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.01)。患眼视网膜中动脉血流收缩期峰值血流速度及舒张末期血流速度治疗后1周较治疗前显著升高,且随着治疗时间延长呈升高趋势(P<0.01),血管阻力指数治疗后1,2,4周均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01)。86例患者出现眼部发红8例(9.39%)、轻度结膜一过性充血4例(4.65%)、眼痒3例(3.49%)、眼涩2例(2.32%)、眼睑皮疹1例(1.16%)。结论国产拉坦前列腺素能有效降低老年难治性青光眼患者的眼压,改善视力和视网膜中动脉血流,疗效显著,且不良反应轻,安全性高。

Objective To exPlore the efficacy and safety of domestic LatanoProst for treating elder Patients with refractory glaucoma. Methods 86 elder Patients with refractory glaucoma were treated by domestic LatanoProst. Results The Peak value and difference of intraocular Pressure were significantly decreased after treatment of 1 week comPared with before treatment （ P 〈 0. 01）,and showed downtrend during the treatment（ P 〈 0. 01）. The vision was increased after treatment of 1,2,4 weeks（ P 〈 0. 01）. The PSV and EDV was increased along with the Period of treatment,but the RI was decreased（ P 〈 0. 01）. There were 8 Patients（9. 39%）with eye redness,4 Patients（4. 65%）with mild hyPeremia of conjunctiva,3 Patients（3. 49%）with eye itching,2 Patients（2. 32%）with eye unsmooth,and 1 Patient（1. 16%）with eyelid rash. Conclusion The domestic LatanoProst can decrease the intraocular Pressure,imProve the vision and the blood of retina medium artery for elder Patients with refractory glaucoma effectively and safely and has few adverse reactions.
