本文介绍饲料储藏中霉菌的种类及其对饲料品质的影响;饲料中常见的霉菌毒素主要是黄曲霉毒素(AFT)及其对主要家禽家畜的毒害作用;最后简要地介绍饲料的防霉去毒技术等国内外的研究概况。
