扬州市154例抗病毒治疗艾滋病患者CD4 T淋巴细胞分析

Analysis on CD4T Lymphocyte of 154 AIDS Patients in Antiviral Treatment,Yangzhou City

目的了解扬州市艾滋病患者高效抗逆转录病毒治疗（HAART）效果,分析影响因素,提高抗病毒治疗效果。方法调查并随访2005～2012年本地加入治疗的艾滋病患者,对CD4T淋巴细胞等进行分析。结果共调查HAART艾滋病患者154例,治疗第3、6、9、12、18、24个月的CD4T淋巴细胞计数逐步升高（P〈0.01）;治疗3个月时,经异性和同性传播途径的艾滋病患者CD4T淋巴细胞增加值低于经血液/血制品患者（P〈0.05）;治疗9个月时,已婚有配偶和离异或丧偶的患者CD4T淋巴细胞增加值低于未婚者（P〈0.05）;治疗18个月和24个月时,艾滋病病毒感染者CD4T淋巴细胞增加值高于艾滋病病人（P〈0.01）。结论扬州市艾滋病抗病毒治疗工作取得成效,建议提早开展艾滋病抗病毒治疗,要关注治疗9个月内已婚有配偶和离异或丧偶患者的治疗指标。

Objective To understand the effect of the highly active antiretroviral therapy（HAART）among the AIDS pa- tients in Yangzhou city, analyzes the factors affecting the treatment effect for improving the quality of antiviral therapy. Methods The investigation was carried out among the AIDS patients who received HAART during 2005-2012,and CD4 T lymphocyte count were analyzed. Results A total of 154 AIDS patients were investigated. The CD4 T lymphocyte count gradually increased in the 3rd, 6th, 9th, 12th, 18th, 24th months after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.01）. in the 3rd month after treatment, the heterosexual and homosexual transmission routes of AIDS patients CD4 T lymphocyte increased value was lower than the blood/blood products to patients,the difference was statis- tically significant（ P 〈0.05）. In the 9th month after treatment, the married with a spouse or divorced or widowed patients CD4 T lymphocyte increased value was lower than the unmarried, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0.05）. In the 18 th month and 24 th month after treatment,the HIV infections CD4 T lymphocytes increased value was higher than AIDS patients,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion During 2005-2012, AIDS HAART has achievement,and it is recommended to receive HAART early for AIDS patients. Attention should be paid to treatment indexes of those married with a spouse or divorced or widowed patients in 9 months after treatment.
