试论临床医学科研方案设计中的伦理问题

Ethical Issues in the Design of Clinical Research

对临床医学科研方案设计中的伦理问题进行反思,发现在医学科研方案设计中普遍存在伦理观念先天不足、伦理取向模糊不清、伦理选择无所适从、伦理思考相对薄弱等问题。为规范临床医学科研行为,推动临床医学科研伦理的实践和发展,应正确处理好科学性与伦理规范性、可行性与伦理现实性、创新性与伦理坚守性、研究意义与伦理价值的基本关系,并强化研究者伦理意识、养成伦理习惯、坚持依据伦理规范进行科研设计、担当伦理的责任,把衍生诱发伦理问题和伦理风险的"关口"前移。

There are many pervasive issues in the design of clinical research, such as the ethical concept is not clear, the ethical orientation is obscure, difficulty in ethical choice and lack of ethical thinking. To regulate clinical research and promote practice and development of research ethics, it is necessary to properly handle the basic relations between the scientific nature and the normative ethical nature, the feasibility and the ethical reality, the novelty and the ethical adherence, the research significance and the ethical value of the research. Moreover, the researchers should take their ethical responsibilities, enhance ethical awareness, establish ethical thinking, ensure the sound research design and reduce potential ethical risks.
