Appropriate Technology Should Match Physicians' Professional Quality and Humanistic Quality

适宜技术作为既适合又相宜的技术,应用于临床,必须强调人的因素即医师素养。从专业素养匹配和人文素养匹配两个维度,分析了适宜技术与医师素养的匹配度。第一,适宜技术与医师专业素养匹配,要求医师从科学性出发做到标本兼治、举一反三;从经济性出发做到认知人文关怀是最经济的治疗手段、首选无侵略性技术;从普适性出发做到充分调动患者主观能动性、与患者建立伙伴关系。第二,适宜技术与医师人文素养匹配,在医师品德养成之"德"上,精英素质之"才"上,复合知识之"兼"上以及适应能力之"备"上,赋予医师德才兼备新的内涵。

As a suitable and sound technology, optimized technology mainly emphasizes on physicians＇ professionalism when being applied in clinic. This paper analyzed how to match optimized technology with physicians＇ professional competence and humanistic quality from two dimensions. Firstly, physicians should take scientific approaches to address both symptoms and root cause of diseases and to learn by analogy. Meanwhile, the humanistic care should be taken as the most successful and unaggressive therapeutic means to build up harmonic relationships with patients, whose subjective initiative should be motivated. Secondly, matching optimized technology with humanistic quality not only requires the cultivation of physicians＇ moral characters and professionalism, but also requires the acquirements of compound knowledge and good adaptive faculties.
