乡情纽带:改善中国医患关系的新路径

Fellow-townsman Doctor Model:A New Approach to Improve Doctor-patient Relationship in China

医疗志愿服务和医务社工是两种通用模式,然而这两种模式对改善中国医患关系似乎并不明显。中国社会与西方不同,是一个乡情浓厚的社会。针对这一特点,张家口市第一医院从2012年起实施了亲情服务模式。除主治医生外,医院为每位新农合患者安排一位老乡医生,患者可以向其咨询生活问题。通过调查亲情服务模式,分析其优点与不足。并利用修改版PDRQ-15和DDPRQ-10心理量表,调查了该医院的74位医护工作者和20位患者,发现该模式能够改善医患关系。

Medical volunteers and medical social workers are widely applied in hospital to smooth the relationship between doctors and patients. However, either of method is not ideal in China. Chinese society is a family-centered society, which is different from western society. In order to suit the feature, fellow-townsman doctor model has been put into practice since 2012 in the First Hospital of Zhangjiakou. Each patient was assigned a doctor who is from the same home town besides the doctor in charge. This article described the model and pointed out its advantages and disadvantages. Modified version of PDRQ-15 scale and DDPRQ-10 scale were conducted among 74 health professionals and 20 patients respectively. The results showed that fellow-townsman doctor model has a significant effect on improving doctor-patient relationship.
