借“他山之石”发展中国健康管理事业

Learning from Others to Develop the Cause of Health Management in China

以查阅相关文献为研究手段,采用例证法、引证法、对比法等论证方法,阐述健康管理概念、美国健康管理的兴起和发展,剖析我国健康管理发展存在的人力资源匮乏、服务范畴局限等问题。并借鉴美国管理型医疗模式,结合《国务院关于促进健康服务业发展的若干意见》的指导要求,通过加快发展商业型健康保险,提升健康体检服务内涵的对策研究,探索健康管理在我国健康保险领域的运作模式。通过构建"四点一线"的社区健康管理服务体系,以期为我国基层健康管理机构的长足发展提供理论依据。

By literature review and comparison, this paper firstly introduced the conception of health management and its development in the United States. Secondly, it analyzed the current problems of health management in China, such as the shortage of human resource and limited scope of services. Meanwhile, combining with ＂the state council on several opinions to promote the development of health service＂ in China, some countermeasures were proposed according to.the experience of the managed care model in the United States. By accelerating the development of commercial health insurance and improving the connotation of health examinations, it explored operation models of health management in the field of health insurance in China. It also suggested to build the managed care model of ＂four points and one line＂ in community service system, in order to provide theoretical bases for the rapid development of health management in primary agency.
