脂肪SVF源性干细胞在急性肾损伤中的研究进展

摘要 目前,干细胞仍是急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury, AKI)研究的热点问题。用于AKI研究的干细胞包括:骨髓间充质于细胞、造血干细胞和成体肾脏干细胞等。然而,上述干细胞因取材、细胞来源等问题而应用受限。近年来的研究发现,脂肪基质血管成份(stromal vascular fraction,SVF)中含有大量的干细胞成份,且取材方便,具有强大的自我更新能力和多向分化潜能,为一种理想的干细胞来源,在AKI的修复治疗研究方面显示了很好的应用前景。本文就脂肪SVF源性干细胞治疗AKI的研究进展进行综述。
