Longnan Mode: the Development and the Financial Support of E-commerce in the Age of “Internet +”

随着"互联网+"时代的到来,电子商务以一种锐不可挡的态势迅猛发展。作为西部地区之一的甘肃省陇南市,电子商务产业已形势喜人。本文对电子商务"陇南模式"的产业特点和工作措施,存在的问题与制约因素进行剖析,提出政府引导推动、电商金融支撑、强化市场营运、借鉴浙江经验、加强法制建设等政策建议。

With the advent of the age of ＂Intemet ＋＂, e-commerce has develops in a sharp rapid trend. E-commerce industry has been in a gratifying situation in Longnan city of Gansu province which is one of the western regions. The paper analyzes the industry characteristics and work measures as well as existing problems and restricting factors of Longnan Mode of e-commerce from the basic theories on e-commerce and e-commerce finance, and puts forward such policy recommendations as the government guidance, e-com- merce finance＇ s support, strengthening market operations, learning from the experience of Zhejiang province and strengthening the construction of the legal system and so on.
