摘要
协庄煤矿-850 m西翼回风暗斜井巷道出现顶板离层及两帮移近,围岩浆皮开裂,裸露围岩松散冒落,甚至出现三处巷道围岩冒落堵塞巷道现象,严重影响了行人安全,增大了矿井通风阻力。为提高巷道支护强度,首先对冒落段巷道顶板采用锚网喷支护,而后打设锚索作为承载支架,其上"井"字搭接方木至实顶,然后以下方外露锚索为标志,悬挂钢筋网作为假顶,最后架设拱形棚构建软弱围岩条件下高冒段支护强化体系。
The return air subinclined shaft in Xiezhuang Coal Mine - 850 West Wing, appeared the roof separation and two sides moving closer, surrounding rock cracking, even caving to block roadway, which seriously impact on the pedestrian safety, and increase the mine ventilation resistance, in order to improve the roadway support strength, firstly use the anchor net spray support in all of caving roadway roof ,and then set cable as a bearing bracket, use the timber to support the roof, and hanging steel mesh as false roof, finally erect vaulted roof to strengthen support.
