大功率风机及变频装置在优化矿井通风系统中的应用

摘要 豹子沟矿通过加大主要通风机功率来满足矿井中后期的通风能力,安装变频装置来调整矿井各阶段需风量,从而实现了优化矿井通风系统、降低基建投入、节能降耗,并满足矿井各时期风量的按需分配,提高矿井抗灾能力。 By increased main fan power, the Baozhigou mine meet the mine ventilation capacity in the middle and later periods, frequency conversion device is installed to adjust the various stages of mine air demand, so as to realize the optimization of mine ventilation system and reduce investment in infrastructure, save the energy, and meet the different periods of mine air quantity distribution according to need, and improve coal mine disaster ability.
