摘要
针对传统的人工操作排水系统效率低、可靠性差及劳动强度大的问题,利用现代机械和自动控制原理,提出了采用风泵自动阀门排水系统装置实现无人值守自动排水。文章对该装置的结构和工作原理进行了分析研究,并介绍了该装置在高河煤矿的使用情况、产生的经济效益及推广应用前景。
According to the labor intensity of manual operation and drainage system, poor reliability andlow efficiency of the traditional large workers, in the full use of the basis of modern machinery and automatic control theory, proposed uses the air pump automatic valve drainage system to realize unmanned automatic drainage device. The structure and working principle of thedevice is analyzed and studied, and introduces the usage, the device produced in High Rivercoal mine economic benefits and application prospects.
