摘要 以新一代智能变电站上海叶塘变工程应用为背景,简要介绍WIPM-801电能质量监测装置的特点和功能。通过对叶塘变电站中电能质量监测装置的测点需求和配置的分析,提出如何选择合并单元和搭建过程层网络。电能质量监测装置采用独立的过程层网络,通过在专用交换机上划分VLAN传输数据,针对110 k V高压侧和10 k V低压侧重点讨论了组网方案。创新接入了GOOSE信息,结合变电站运行方式和电能质量装置监测的数据分析复杂电能质量问题。最后讨论电能指标文件的生成,转化为PQDIF格式,变电站内和电能监测主站通信地实现。 Based on the application of the new generation intelligent substation YeTang, this paper briefly introduces the function of the WIPM-801 power quality monitoring device. Through the analysis of the measure point needs and configuration in YeTang substation, how to choose the merging unit and build the process level framework is put forward. WIPM-801 adopts independent process level framework and distributs VLAN on a special exchange board to transfer data. The key point focuses on framework of 1 l0 kV high side and l0 kV low side. It is the first substation to introduce GOOSE to the power quality monitoring device, based on the combination of the way the substation works and the data from WIPM, we can analyze the complicate power quality problem. Finally, the generation of power index files and how the files transform to PQDIF are discussed, then the implementation plans of the transmission of the substation and the power monitoring station are given.
