摘要
目的应用数字散斑图像相关技术分析不同手法对腰背部深浅肌群肌肉应变的影响。方法在新鲜尸体腰椎标本竖脊肌表面喷涂散斑,在MTS 858生物力学试验系统上进行拉伸及旋转实验,利用数字散斑法测量竖脊肌表面在不同力学条件下的肌肉应变。结果对比3种不同条件下深浅肌群的不同部位肌肉应变变化发现,手法对浅层的横跨颈、腰、胸不同区域的动力型大肌群应变影响较小,对深层肌群应变影响较大。结论数字散斑图像相关技术为中医手法力学的客观化和量化研究提供了技术支持。
Objective To analyze the effect of different manipulations on the deep and shallow muscles' strain in lower back by digital speckle pattern interferometry. Methods Spray speckle on the surface of erector spinae in the lumber vertebral specimen of fresh cadaver, do tensile and rotation experiment in MTS 858 biological mechanics trial system, and use digital speckle pattern interferometry to test the strain of erector spinae surface under different mechanics. Results To compare the strain changes of deep and shallow muscles under three different conditions, it was found that the shallow, dynamical big muscle group across the neck, chest and lower back had been less affected by the manipulations, but the deep muscle group more greatly affected. Conclusion Digital speckle image technique can provide a new technology for the objective and quantitative research on TCM manipulations in dynamics.
