某团级医院技术文职人员5年健康状况分析

ANALYSIS OF HEALTH OF TECHNICAL CIVILIAN STAFF IN REGIMENTAL HOSIPITAL FOR 5 YEARS

目的分析某团级医院在职技术文职人员2009—2013年的健康体检结果，旨在发现健康问题．为制订切实有效的干预措施提供依据。方法对某医院700名在职技术文职人员2009—2013年5年的健康体检结果进行统计分析。其中75人连续5年均参加体检。主要体检项目包括彩超、生化检查、血常规、尿常规、肿瘤标志物等。结果5年平均实检率为90．8％，体检异常率为80．7％。体验异常检出率前十位依次是血脂异常、脂肪肝、尿酸升高、前列腺疾病、肾脏疾病、子宫肌瘤、胆囊息肉、血糖升高、高血压、胆囊结石。40～60岁是各种异常的高发年龄段。该群体的健康状况逐年下降，尤其是胆囊息肉、肾脏疾病患病人数逐年递增，分别由4．1％、5．8％增加至16．7％、22．2％。结论某团级医院在职技术文职人员的健康问题不容忽视，应该引起自身的关注及相关部门的重视．并施以相关干预。

： Objective To analyze health examination results of in-service technical civilian personnel in a regimental hospital for 5 years, so as to find out the health problems, and put forward the effective intervention measures. Methods The health examination results from 2009 to 2013 for 5 consecutive years of 700 in-service technical civilian staff were subjected to statistical analysis. 75 cases of them had health examination results for 5 consecutive years. The main examination items included ultrasound, biochemistry, blood routine, urine routine, tumor markers etc. Results The total actual physical examinatin rate of all in-service technical civilian staff was 90. 8% in five years, the rate of abnormal physical findings accounted for 80.7% among these people. The top ten of abnormal results in 5 years were blood lipids, fatty liver, hyperuricemia, prostate disease, kidney disease, uterine fibroids, polyps of the gallbladder, hyperglycemia, hypertension, and gallbladder stone. The high risk age of vari- ous abnormal was 40-60 years old. The health of these in-service technical civilian staff declined year by year, es- pecially the case numbers of polyps of the gallbladder and kidney disease increased year by year, the prevalence of these two diseases increased from 4.1% to 16.7%, and from 5.8% to 22.2% respectively. Conclusions Health problems of the on-the-job civilian in regimental hospitals can not be ignored. Attention should be paid to by civil- ian staff and the relevant departments, and some measures should be made to improve their health and physical qualities.
