不同类型日粮的蛋白质利用与必需氨基酸消化率的研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用5×5拉丁方设计,选用5头在回肠末端安装简单 T 型瘘管的长白×北京黑杂交去势公猪(35—55Kg),进行消化代谢试验以研究不同类型日粮的蛋白质利用与必需氨基酸的消化率。以玉米+次粉为基础,添加豆饼配合一个豆饼日粮(A),然后以总赖氨酸或可消化赖氨酸为基础,用棉饼和棉饼+菜饼代替部分豆饼,配制两个"双饼"(B 和 C)和两个"三饼"(D 和 E)日粮,几种日粮的粗蛋白和能量水平相近。试验结果表明,用棉籽饼、菜籽饼部分取代豆饼时,同以总赖氨酸为基础相比,以可消化赖氨酸为基础可以在一定程度上提高日粮氮的生物学价值,但"三饼"日粮的生物学价值(57.08%)低于"二饼"日粮(61.77%),而"二饼"日粮又低于豆饼日粮(65.15%)。除异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、苏氨酸和赖氨酸外,五种日粮之间其它必需氨基酸的差异不显著(P>0.05)。 Study on the Protein Utilization and Amino Acid Digestibility of Different Kinds of Swine Diets The experiment was conducted as 5×5Latin Square with five Landrance X Beijing Black barrows(35-55Kg)fitted with ileal simple cannulas of T-shape based on corn,one SBM diet was formulated with Soybean Meal:Two'Two Meals'diets(SBM+CSM)and Two'Three Meals diets (SBM+CSM+RSM)were formulated with SBM,CSM and RSM based on equal total lysine and equal total digestable Lysine respectively.The diets were approximately equal in CP and DE level,diet B and diet D were equal to diet A in lysine,diet C and E were equal To diet A in digestable lysine. The experiment results showed that the partly replacement of SBM by CSM or CSM+RSM based on digestable lysine could slightly increase the Net Protein Retention and True Biological Value,but the True Biological Value of'Two Meals'diet(61.77%)was lower than that of'SBM'diet (65.15%),higher than'Three Meals'diet(57.08%).Besides Ile, Leu,Thr and Lys,there are no difference among these 5 diets for other essential amino acids(P<0.05).
